Looking for something to do with the kids this weekend?

Here are a few ideas to get you into the Westchester Kids Fun Zone frame of mind this weekend:

Santa Monica Cinema On The Street – Airplane!” – the 1980 classic Zucker Brothers comedy, in which an airplane crew takes ill and the only person who can land the plane is an-ex-pilot with a fear of flying. Friday night, 7:30 pm, 3rd Street Promenade – 1250 Third Street Promenade, Santa Monica 90401.

Ballona Dunes Restoration Party and Freshwater Marsh Interpretive TourSaturday, 9:30 a.m. Help restore wetlands by planting native flora and removing invasive plants. Learn wetland ecology in a free guided tour. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Meet at the parking lot behind Gordon’s Market, 303 Culver Blvd., Playa del Rey. (310) 306-5994.

Native American Storytelling & Craft WorkshopsSaturday, 10 a.m. to noon. Tongva Park continues its first season of cultural programming with family-friendly Tongva and Chumash storytelling and craft workshops. Free. Tongva Park, 1615 Ocean Ave., Santa Monica.

Bike, Walk and Scoot FestivalSaturday, 10 a.m. The Culver City Walk & Rollers teach kids essential bicycle and pedestrian safety lessons in an engaging event with activities for all ages. Free; continues until 2 p.m. at Culver City Middle School, 4601 Elenda St., Culver City. (310) 842-4200.

Venice Beach Summer Fest – Saturday, 10 a.m. Celebrate summer with live bands, vendor booths and food from all over the world near Windward Avenue on Venice Beach. Continues Sunday.

Old Fashioned Day in the ParkSunday, 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. See vintage yachts, antique classic cars, motorcycles and ship models at Burton Chace Park, 13650 Mindanao Way, Marina del Rey. Free.  (310) 429-3028.
