If you don’t hang out in your backyard or you don’t mind installing an outdoor sound system, this house rocks and the street it’s on is very appealing, too. The house is super cute and has all the bells and whistles of a recently updated property. The layout is smart and with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in 1,375 feet, it’s a great home for a smaller or growing family. With the lot size at almost 7,000 feet, you can add square footage to the property later. The house is clearly overpriced and due for a price drop. I like this property for its location and its huge 13,863 sq ft lot. I also like any property where the description says “SELLER MOTIVATED” in all caps.
