There are a couple of things I really like about this property. First, it’s a 6300 sq ft lot. You can put a very nice house on a lot that size now or later, which brings me to the second thing I really like. This house is clean and imminently livable now, if you’re not ready to renovate yet. One other thing I really like is this home’s location. Emerson Square is less expensive currently because of its proximity to LAX BUT, when the Northside improvements are made, Emerson Square is going to be extra walkable to those amenities. Drop me a note to tour, but don’t delay. I have a feeling this one won’t last.
8620 Belford Avenue, No. 108 $599K
These tri-level townhomes are a great place for a family to buy a first home in Westchester. You’re not going to get into Westchester for under $600K any other way. You can get in with non-jumbo financing, too. Not in the market for a starter home? This property would make a terrific rental. Two bedroom rentals in Westchester go for approximately $2700-3000. This specific little part of 90045 is undoubtedly going to increase with the pricing pressures of Westchester on one side and Inglewood on the other.
