I think I’ve written about this property before. It is a distressed property with a tortured past – off and on the market over the course of the last three years and up for trustee’s sale almost half a dozen times. The property was listed for $1.5M until recently. The house is huge at 4,281 feet with four bedrooms. At $1.5M, this property makes sense, even if it needs work.
