The house is super cute and has all the bells and whistles of a recently updated property. The layout is smart and with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in 1,375 feet, it’s a great home for a smaller or growing family. With the lot size at almost 7,000 feet, you can add square footage to the property later. The house is clearly overpriced and due for a price drop. This one is still available, too. I like this property for its location and its huge 13,863 sq ft lot. Do you have any idea what you can do with a 14K foot lot?
